Turriff has been crowned 'Most beautiful High Street' in a Scotland's Town Partnership competition. David was delighted to hear from Rose Logan, Vice Chair of Turriff's Business association, that Turriff had been awarded first place in the competition. It is a well deserved win for the team behind Turriff's fantastic High Street display and a welcome recognition after they missed out on the British High Street Awards last week. Well done to all involved and keep up the inspiring work!

"I am extremely proud that my home town has won this award. Turriff High Street has become well known in my constituency as a thriving town centre. There are many factors which contribute to this. There is a real sense of civic pride in the town and the hard work and commitment of the local Business Association, Community Council and volunteers cannot be overstated.I was delighted to attend the Great British High Street Awards at Lancaster House in London last week in which Turriff was one of 6 finalists in Scotland, from a total of 26 high streets across the UK.
