Coronavirus in Scotland

 

As of 5 Jan 2020 - A stay at home order will be in force across mainland Scotland  

No-one will be able to leave their home except for essential reasons (eg. shopping, exercise,) and must work from home where possible. 

Schools will operate remote learning until at least the end of January. 

These measures will be put into law by the Scottish Parliament.

Every person in Scotland must comply with these measures

Chancellor, Rishi Sunak’s ‘Eat Out to Help Out’ scheme provided over 6 million discounted meals across , 66,000 of which were in Banff and Buchan.

A total of 89 restaurants, bars and cafes registered for the scheme in Banff and Buchan, out of a total of 8,543 across .
