MP calls for further measures to help motorists

Banff and Buchan MP David Duguid has called on the UK Government to look further at what can be done to tackle the rising cost of fuel on motorists.

Last week saw Her Majesty the Queen mark her Platinum Jubilee, celebrating 70 years of service as sovereign of the United Kingdom and Head of the Commonwealth.

I am very happy to see that Turriff is making the most of the Platinum Jubilee celebrations, and the town is looking fantastic. 

Official Jubilee celebrations will launch with the lighting of a beacon on 2 June.
